User Registration

This article summarizes how users can complete the registration process as both an individual account and apart of an organization:

Individual User Registration:

For users that want to create a new organization through ClearQuery SaaS:

  • Navigate to app.clearquery.io.
  • Locate the following prompt: "Don't have an account yet? Click here to register." Select the link.
  • Enter a Username, Email Address, and Password

Once the user submits the account request, the system will send an automated verification email as displayed below:

Click the "Activate Account" button to verify the provided email. Then the user is ready to log in for the first time.

Note: the user's username is located within the email, take note of the case orientation of the username as the login process is case sensitive.

 

Organization User Registration:

Users that are apart of a larger team will be sent a registration email from their account admin. If the user has not received a registration email like the one listed below, please reach out to an admin for more information or to request access.

Once the user has received the “Registration Email,” click the “Activate Account” link. The user will be directed to the registration page to create a password:

  1. Enter the desired password.
  2. Confirm the password.
  3. Click “Set Password”.
    1. Note: the user’s username is located on this screen and in the registration email, please take note of this information for login purposes. The username is case sensitive for login purposes.

Once the password is set, the user is ready to login to ClearQuery for the first time. Navigate to the applicable URL provided by your organization and enter a username and password.
